I as the artist, have a right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason. In the situation where a commission needs to be cancelled, I will discuss it with the client and they will receive a full refund. Only I get to determine what I am or am not comfortable with drawing.If the client cancels a commission after the coloring stage for any reason, they will receive a refund with only a 5% deduction.If the client shows any ill or unacceptable behavior, the commission will instantly be cancelled without warning. Repeat offenses will result in the client being blacklisted.If I, as the artist, catch or are notified of the client posting their commission but claim it as their own creation, it will result in an instant blacklist.It is expected of the client to pay at least half price after the lineart stage of their commission. On the second to last stage of the client's commission, they are expected to pay the other half. Payment can start whenever the client is ready. Clients can choose whether or not they want to pay upfront before commissions start.It is highly preferred that the client refrains from rushing me. If the client does so, it is more likely that the final art piece will come out sloppy, or some parts are lazily drawn. I normally keep turnaround time within 1-5 days. If I need an extension, I will discuss it with the client to notify them.I reserve to rights to any commission I create, meaning that I am able to post it or use it as an example as I please. If the client wants to keep their commission strictly private, they must let me know.
